Financial Operations Analyst

Our client is seeking to add detail-oriented and motivated Financial Operations Analysts to join their growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to start a career in financial operations.. The analyst will support day-to-day financial operations, with a primary focus on bank account administration and related financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the opening, maintenance, and closure of client bank accounts
• Edit and update bank account information across internal systems
• Support treasury operations, including reconciliation and reporting
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, and external banking partners
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes
• Perform ad hoc financial and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial systems a plus
• Must be able to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office) in Charlotte, NC
