Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter – School Nursing (Hybrid)
Location: Cornelius, North Carolina (M–W in-office, Th/F remote after six months of employment)

We are currently expanding our recruiting team and seeking a driven Healthcare Recruiter to focus on school nursing placements in the Miami-Dade and Broward County school districts.
Responsibilities:
Source, assess, and screen qualified applicants through various channels to fill open school-based nursing positions that meet client requirements.
- 60-70 calls per day
Manage a personal sales book to build and win new business opportunities.
Call and connect with leads to discuss open positions and career opportunities.
Determine applicant qualifications by screening candidates, analyzing responses, verifying references, and matching skills to job requirements.
Take personal responsibility to meet productivity and placement goals as defined by the manager.
Document candidate interactions and business opportunities to maintain strong pipelines and relationships.
Qualifications:

Demonstrated sales experience with a strong track record.
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong relationship management and rapport-building skills.
Schedule:
Monday–Wednesday: In-office collaboration in Cornelius, NC
Thursday & Friday: Remote flexibility (after six months of employment)
