Position Summary:

We are seeking a Deconversion Analyst to join a leading financial services organization with operations across the United States. In this fully remote consulting role, you will manage the retirement plan deconversion process from start to finish, partnering with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and seamless transitions to new recordkeeping platforms.

Essential Duties:

• Coordinate end-to-end retirement plan deconversion projects.

• Serve as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

• Facilitate consultation calls and provide proactive project updates.

• Coordinate liquidation dates and asset transfer timelines.

• Collect and manage required deconversion documentation.

• Process retirement plan asset transfers and reconciliations.

• Perform quality reviews to ensure accurate, error-free deconversions.

• Reconcile trust accounts and resolve outstanding discrepancies.

• Prepare final conversion files for receiving recordkeepers.

• Partner with internal teams to resolve client questions and processing requests.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

• 1-3 years of retirement plan conversion or deconversion experience.

• Working knowledge of qualified retirement plans and retirement plan administration.

• Experience with Salesforce and Relius Recordkeeping Software is a plus.

Travel Requirements: No travel will be required, unless at the client's discretion.

Salary Range: SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate for the current hourly rate for this role is up to $31.
