Job Description
- Patrol campus parking areas by vehicle and on foot to monitor compliance and enforce parking regulations, including issuing citations
- Utilize handheld devices, license plate recognition (LPR) systems, and computer software to check authorizations and perform accurate data entry
- Provide customer service as a campus ambassador by assisting with directions, information, and general inquiries
- Communicate effectively using two-way radios and work independently while applying policies and sound judgment
- Perform duties outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extended periods of walking/standing, while maintaining attention to detail
