Lab Research Assistant

As a Lab Research Assistant, you will support our plant shipping research by helping execute tests that simulate real-world transit conditions. You will collaborate with plant care specialists and data stakeholders to run experiments, document plant responses, and maintain accurate records. In addition, you will assist with data entry, data cleaning, and basic analysis to help generate insights that improve our understanding of plant health and shipping performance.

In this job, you will have the opportunity to gain hands on experience and develop skills in botany, data analysis, and/or applied mathematics. Dr. Holmes, the lab director, will work with you to build out any or all of these skills to develop yourself.
