Role Description:
The Operations Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and maintaining accurate business operations data across the company. This individual will partner with representatives across multiple departments to identify and resolve any data inconsistencies as well as demonstrate a clear understanding of, and ensure adherence to, the company's data management policies and procedures. Duties will include identifying, managing, and reporting on key data elements to support ongoing business goals and activities.
Responsibilities:

Analyze and maintain accurate data across multiple company data sources and platforms

Partner with representatives across the company to identify missing, incomplete or inaccurate data and resolve/update as needed (Sales, IT, Finance, Implementation, Support)

Establish processes to support daily, weekly, and monthly data management activities

Track and manage upcoming customer software license renewals and related key data elements

Increase Salesforce data quality and hygiene throughout the customer lifecycle

Create reports and dashboards to visualize trends over time from aggregated data

Automate the capture and reporting of key performance indicators and metrics for the company

Ongoing aggregation, data analysis, and reconciliation of operational data
-
Assist with formalizing company data management policies and procedures

Analyze enterprise sales and operational data and identify opportunities for improvement
Basic Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College
-
A track record of commitment to prior employers
-
Proficient in MS Office tools
-
2+ years of experience in data analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Proven self-starter with the ability to manage multiple activities and deliverables simultaneously
-
Must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational, written and verbal skills
-
Ability to communicate and work effectively across all levels of the organization
-
Experience consolidating and normalizing data from multiple data sources/formats into meaningful and actionable insights

Experience automating the capture of data on a regular basis for trending and forecasting
-
Experience developing Executive Dashboards and high-quality reports
-
Advanced data analytics capabilities and Excel power user
-
Professional experience with SQL, ETL and data analysis tools a plus
