Hamilton Motor Company – Product Support Engineer (Raleigh, NC - On Site)

Hamilton Motor Company is a startup leader in the aftermarket replacement screen industry, based in Raleigh, NC. We distribute high-end replacement screens that add CarPlay, Android Auto, and upgraded infotainment functionality to DIY customers and branded car dealerships across the USA.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex infotainment issues across Android-based embedded devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software integration with vehicle electronics.
• Work directly with engineering and product teams in the USA and China to reproduce and solve system bugs.
• Guide customers and professional auto shops through advanced technical setups.
• Document real-world situations that directly influence future product design.
• Become a domain expert in automotive systems and embedded UX.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills with proven ability to handle both hardware and software issues.
• Ideally a technical major or technical experience outside of school.
• Excellent communication skills with 100% English fluency.
• Eagerness to learn our product line and study new systems.
• High responsiveness and strong communication skills.
• Hard working and excited to grow in career.

Schedule

• Full-time, on-site in Raleigh. Core hours are weekday business hours, with occasional weekend coverage on a rotating basis.

Salary

• $80,000-$85,000.00 USD annually, with opportunities for performance-based growth and bonuses.
