We are seeking a motivated and meticulous Entry-Level Engineering Sales Representative to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates enthusiastic about engineering, sales, and customer service. You will play a key role in helping commercial clients find tailored HVAC solutions, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in identifying Commercial HVAC needs and recommend customized solutions.
  • Develop and present proposals for Commercial HVAC systems and services for prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.
  • Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and ensure accurate project scoping.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong interest in HVAC systems, energy efficiency, or technical sales.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Initiative-taking with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a challenging environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
