STW: Graduate Program Coordinator

Under the direction of the Associate Director and/or Assistant Director for Trips, the graduate program coordinator will coordinate the administration, facilitation, training, and programming of team building and rock climbing programs for Venture Outdoor Leadership. The student may also assist with administrative tasks outside of these specialties as needed and as they fit their learning goals. Additionally, the student serves as an essential member of the Venture Outdoor Leadership professional team by collaboratively leading and supporting programs and initiatives for student staff and participants. This position holds extensive supervision and program implementation responsibilities. Strong risk management, group management, and experience at the Lead level per Venture Outdoor Leadership’s competency model is required to be successful in this role.
