This rotational program offers diverse experiences across multiple locations, but you'll be assigned to only one primary department. Below are the participating departments with example responsibilities:

  • Engineering: Design and improve manufacturing processes, optimize products, and implement innovative solutions.
  • EHS: Ensure workplace safety, develop EHS policies, and promote environmental responsibility.
  • Accounting/Finance: Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Human Resources: Handle employee relations, talent management, and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Sales: Drive business growth, forge customer relationships, and collaborate with other departments to deliver top-notch products.
  • IT: Maintain technological infrastructure, manage cybersecurity, and support digital transformation initiatives.
