Job Description
Our client, a leading financial firm, is seeking a Junior Java Developer to join their team. As a Jr. Java Developer, you will be part of the Software Development Department supporting innovative projects. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Junior Java Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid work schedule
Pay Range: $40 - $45 per hour (W2 Only)
What's the Job?

Develop and maintain web applications using REACTJS, NextJS, and NodeJS.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.

Work with NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB, to manage data effectively.

Utilize SCRUM/Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery and team collaboration.
What's Needed?
-
2+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience or education.

Proficiency in REACTJS, NextJS, NodeJS, and Javascript.

1+ years of experience with NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB.

Understanding of MS. NET and API Gateway.

Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
