Our client, a leading financial firm, is seeking a Junior Java Developer to join their team. As a Jr. Java Developer, you will be part of the Software Development Department supporting innovative projects. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Junior Java Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid work schedule

Pay Range: $40 - $45 per hour (W2 Only)

What's the Job?

• Develop and maintain web applications using REACTJS, NextJS, and NodeJS.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.

• Work with NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB, to manage data effectively.

• Utilize SCRUM/Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery and team collaboration.

What's Needed?

• 2+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience or education.

• Proficiency in REACTJS, NextJS, NodeJS, and Javascript.

• 1+ years of experience with NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB.

• Understanding of MS. NET and API Gateway.

• Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
