Monarch NC is a leading provider of trauma-informed behavioral health services across North Carolina. We’re currently seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our team in Greensboro, North Carolina.

What You’ll Do:

As a Therapist with Monarch, you’ll provide outpatient behavioral health services to individuals of all ages who are navigating psychological challenges. Your work will help people engage more fully in their communities and relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting clinical interviews to assess mental status, identify presenting concerns, and gather psychosocial history.
• Assigning accurate diagnoses using the current DSM manual to guide treatment planning.
• Delivering individual, group, and family therapy using person-centered approaches and evidence-based practices.
• Collaborating with individuals and families to support progress toward their personal goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in a Human Services-related field.
• Active North Carolina license as an LCMHCA, LCSWA, LMFTA, LPA, LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT or LP.
• At least one year of counseling or therapy experience.
