BBT Fitness is Charlotte's premier Urban Strength and Conditioning Facility.  BBT Fitness is located in Charlotte, North Carolina. We are seeking candidates who are located in Charlotte or surrounding areas. You must have reliable transportation, and a personal computer (laptop).

Internship Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Paid Marketing Intern. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, and campaign management. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about learning and contributing to our marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and implementation of paid marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Instagram Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Support in the management of budgets, bid strategies, and campaign targeting.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure effective campaign strategies.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and paid advertising.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
