Monarch NC, a provider of high-quality and trauma-informed care for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness and substance use disorders, is seeking a dedicated Community Engagement Leader to lead our team in Grandy, NC.
As a Community Engagement Team Leader, you will provide supervision and guidance to both staff and the people they support to enhance quality of life through services that enable them to achieve their personal dreams and goals. You will serve as the Qualified Professional for all assigned people and programs. You will also provide initial and ongoing assessment, evaluate the effectiveness of person-centered plans and progress made by people receiving services, participate in team meetings with other providers and provide natural supports as needed.
To qualify, candidates must have one of the following combinations of education and experience (please read carefully):
- Bachelor's Degree in a non-Human Services related field and at least 4 years of full time experience OR at least 8 years of part time experience working with adults with a mental health and/or substance use diagnosis, OR
- Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services related field and at least 2 years of full time experience OR at least 4 years of part time experience working with adults with a mental health and/or substance use diagnosis, OR
- Master's Degree in a Human Services related field and at least 1 year of full time experience OR at least 2 years of part time experience working with adults with a mental health and/or substance use diagnosis.
