The UNC Charlotte OneIT Service Desk is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Student Technical Analyst to join our team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Providing multi-channel technical support, including taking phone calls, answering emails, live chat, and in-person assistance at our Atkins Library location.
- Work with Team Dynamix, a leading IT Service Management (ITSM) platform, to manage and resolve support requests via TDX, chatbot, and phone calls.
- Write accurate and detailed records of all support interactions, including troubleshooting steps and resolutions, in Team Dynamix.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computers, mobile devices, software installations, and NinerNet account management for faculty, staff, and students.
- Collaborate with a professional IT team using Slack, a communication tool used by top tech companies.
- Utilize professional IT tools and databases, such as Ellucian Banner and our internal knowledge base, to provide effective support and to find solutions.
