Compensation and Growth

Uncapped commission - this role is for closers who are confident in their sales skills.

Average year 1 - $70,000 to $125,000

Top performers - 125,000 to 200,000 plus

Clear path to leadership - SRC is a young business, new roles will consistently be opening as we expand

Generate leads via canvassing, social media, etc (your choice, be creative)

Perform Inspections

Create estimates

Present to customers

Close Sales (Repairs under 5k, Replacements from 10k-70k)

Order materials

Manage job site during installation

Get paid
