Roof Restoration, LLC is looking for a motivated Project Supervisor who will be responsible for determining the resources needed and allocating as necessary to meet project requirements and schedules by managing the day-to-day activities for designated crews and customers.

Supervisors will be assigned various job sites to supervise each week on certain days only. Varies from 1-4 jobs a week with each project estimated to last 10 hours.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Travel to job-site and manage daily project

• Determine project resources and materials needed and allocate as necessary.

• Have an understanding of federal, state, local, and company safety policies and create a Safety Culture in the workplace.

• Interpret and explain plans and specifications to staff to ensure understanding and compliance with specifications.

• Track and report all internal and subcontracted resources and report daily/weekly/monthly production as it relates to the overall project schedule.

• Direct and supervise internal and subcontracted workforces.

• Communicate with supervisory personnel, owners, subcontractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as procedures, complaints, and construction challenges.

• Investigate all construction-related claims and delays to ensure proper procedures are being implemented and enacted.

• Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.

Requirements:

• Valid North Carolina driver's license
• Fluency in Spanish and English is not required but is a plus
