Job Summary:

Join Renu Energy Solutions as an Inside Sales Intern, this role involves building trust and rapport with prospective customers through various channels like inbound calls, emails, and in-person events, sharing knowledge about solar and renewable energy solutions. You'll play a pivotal role in addressing inquiries about financial options for solar installations, guiding customers towards informed decisions.

As a representative of the Renu brand, you'll embody expertise and employ a consultative approach to assist customers effectively. Collaboration with internal and external teams will be key to ensuring seamless support and exceeding customer expectations.

This part-time internship is based at our Charlotte, NC headquarters.

Reports to: Renu Inside Sales Manager

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales, with a desire to learn and develop sales skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.

Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative and willingness to take on new challenges.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software is a plus.

Qualifications:

Comfortable with technology, including CRMs, dialing services, and calendar/schedule management.

Demonstrate integrity and ethical conduct in all interactions.

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
