Equitable Advisor’s Wealth Management team is seeking a motivated Summer Intern to contribute to meaningful work that shapes how we support clients and financial professionals across the country. As part of this team, you’ll gain hands‑on experience learning about advisor and client experiences, analyzing market trends, supporting strategic initiatives, and helping develop insights that drive decision‑making across our Wealth Management business.
In this role, you’ll be working with teams across Wealth Management, contributing to meaningful projects, and building executive‑ready deliverables that showcase your skills. If you’re curious, data driven, and excited to see how strategy, technology and finance come together in a client focused organization, this internship gives you the exposure and impact you’re looking for.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with 3 days in office combining flexibility with team collaboration.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support Wealth Management initiatives focused on advisor effectiveness and client experience through research, analysis, and project work.
- Partner with teams across Digital, Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and Technology to support platform enhancements, reporting, and business priorities.
- Explore emerging AI and digital tools to improve productivity, decision making, and efficiency for financial professionals.
- Evaluate advisor and client facing programs to strengthen engagement and drive results.
- Develop executive ready presentations and recommendations that help inform decision making and showcase your contributions throughout the internship.
Internship Details
Dates: Nine-week program starting in early June 2027
Hourly Rate: $22/hour
Location: New York, Syracuse, NY or Charlotte, NC
What You’ll Bring
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (rising junior or senior preferred).
- Interest in Wealth Management, financial services, technology, and business strategy.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT.
