The Data & Analytics Intern analyzes operational and programmatic data and formulates recommendations to management to promote optimal performance and impact of strategic initiatives, including the potential for new or modified businesses, programs, or services. This helps support the organization's mission of building pathways that help people pursue the life they want to achieve while helping connect individuals to meaningful employment.

Specific tasks include collecting, analyzing, and reporting on data gathered through a research project; evaluating and interpreting the data collected and the research methods used to ensure validity of the research; and preparing a progress report and presentation to communicate the status and findings of the project.
