Job Description

The Technology and Data Science Consultant is responsible for developing and maintaining a website for memorial digitization and community engagement, ensuring alignment with project objectives. This role involves designing and implementing a relational database using MySQL on AWS for the "Finding the Ancestors" project, including tasks from initial data upload to ongoing maintenance. The person in this position will leverage AWS solutions like Route 53, LightSail, and Amazon SES to support startup activities and will conduct research to develop grant applications to secure funding for the project. Additionally, the role includes proposing innovative technology solutions to enhance project outcomes and facilitate effective community engagement.
