This position involves the full spectrum of responsibilities for the fields of logistics, operations, and sales support.

FALM is a national pallet and logistics provider doing business in the Charlotte area since 1995.  We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to fill a logistics role that combines operations and customer service.  At FALM we work hard and smart to provide exceptional customer service.

Workdays are flexible; however we are looking for candidates who can work approximately 20 hours a week. The internship is paid.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Coordinating a national network of suppliers to service multiple customer locations spread across the continental US.
• Responsibilities include day to day operations and strategic account management.
• Customer Service and Customer Relationship Management.
• Assuring prompt and accurate entry of daily transactions into a web-based tracking system.
• Information gathering and report generation.
• Cost/revenue and service analysis.

Requirements

• Currently perusing a BS in Business Administration (Preferably MIS or Operations Management)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
