In order to work 40 hours per week, students must have attended spring 2024, are not taking summer classes, and show enrollment for the fall.  

Student will perform molecular techniques to create viral-like particles for Influenza A, SARS-CoV-2 with controls. Molecular construct design will be included. This includes cell free based in vitro transcription/translation, purification with ultracentrifugation, EFM and/or flow cytometry, western blots, qPCR/PCR, and cell based assays. Cell based includes transfection will be performed if cell based fails.
