Job Description
The UNC Charlotte Career Center provides innovative career development services that connect students, alumni, and employers. Through the Career Connector Program, we partner with student organizations to embed career readiness into the student experience.
The Project
This gig engages a student leader from a healthcare, science, or research-focused organization. The liaison will:
-Promote career panels, graduate school prep, and experiential opportunities
-Communicate Career Center offerings to pre-health and science students
-Share student insights with Career Center staff and employers
Learning Experience
Students gain experience in professional advocacy, campus collaboration, and employer engagement.
Outcomes
-Improved awareness of career and graduate preparation resources
-One student gains leadership experience relevant to healthcare or research careers
