As an R&D Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting product innovation, development, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives within a global consumer goods company. Internship assignments will vary based on business needs, team placement, and individual interests.
Responsibilities
- Depending on the team, responsibilities may include:
- Supporting product development, innovation, and research projects.
- Assisting with product design, testing, prototyping, and evaluation activities.
- Conducting research, data analysis, and competitive assessments to support business decisions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and improve products, processes, and technologies.
- Assisting with documentation, reporting, and presentation of project findings and recommendations.
- Supporting efforts to enhance product performance, quality, cost, and overall consumer experience.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Packaging, Product Development, or a related technical field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated interest in product innovation, research, design, or technical problem-solving.
