Job Description

The Office of OneIT's Enterprise Desktop Support group is seeking students interested in learning about and gaining experience in computer repair, troubleshooting, and other desktop/user support areas. The group provides a large variety of desktop and related technical support services to the entire campus community. Enterprise Desktop Support comprises three distinct teams, each based in multiple locations across campus with specific areas of responsibility. 


Applicants should have a basic understanding of how a computer works. Training will be provided to ensure success in this role. Applicants should also have good oral and written communication skills, as our clients involve faculty, staff, and other student employees across the campus community. Preferred applicants should:

These positions provide up to 29 hours per week (some restrictions may apply) with flexible scheduling options. They are in-person and based at various locations across campus.
