PSS is looking for a customer-focused individual to join our growing team.
We exist to create meaningful & effective learning experiences for students. Part of our current offering is our Poster Maker & Folio Content Platform.

Responsibilities & Objectives

• Complete average of between 6-10+ installations weekly. Frequent overnight travel is required. Typical overnight travel is approximately 1-2 nights a week.
• Install & train new customers within 10 business days of order.○Average between 20-25 installations/trainings a month.
• Perform level 1 support to existing customers on-site.
• Update & complete all information in Service Cloud (Salesforce) Case Management Platform on the same day work is performed.
• Provide an on-site overview training of the system and maintain an excellent post-install survey rating.
• Assist operations team when necessary, including but not limited to customer interactions, shipping/receiving, etc.

Qualifications

• 
  Extremely customer-focused.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with high energy and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Able to travel 4 days a week with frequent overnight.
• A background in education or working for an educational-related company is a plus.
• Prior onsite training & installation experience a plus
• Must be able to pass a background check for entry into public schools.
• Driver's License with a clean record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Comfortable driving large vans
• Ability to work independently & in a team environment.
• Proficient in managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously and efficiently.
