FWS: Robinson Hall Production Technician

Job Description Duties Responsibilities Looking for students who are interested in working in the Performing Arts (Dance, Music, & Theatre) at Robinson Hall. Work will include general stage hand responsibilities including, but not limited to running lights, sound, curtains and leading backstage during a performance. Additional areas of work will include load in and striking the stage before and after a performance, setting up the music concert shell, and additional duties as needed. Students must have a high regard for safety, be dependable, and eager to learn a new trade. An interest in performing arts is encouraged and on job training will be provided. If you have an interest in Dance, Music, Theatre, Software, or event planning, this may be the job for you.

Other Work Responsibilities Other responsibilities could include hanging lights for a production, running cabling for microphones or speakers, painting, managing inventory, and other tasks as assigned. Student will be trained and assigned tasks to the level of their ability. Student must be comfortable working at heights including working in catwalks or a genie lift. Student must be able to safely carry items weighing 40lbs. Student must
