The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Intern who is ready to dive into the world of B2B tech marketing. You will be helping us tell the story of how our products change the way people work and learn. You will report to the Marketing Manager and collaborate with our sales and product teams on a regular basis.

What You’ll Do

• Social Media Management: Draft, design, and schedule engaging content across our social ecosystem (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Reddit, and Substack).
• Content Creation: Create other forms of content such as blog posts, newsletters, video clips, graphics, promotional materials for events, email campaigns, digital content for our T1V Story team, and more!
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends in hybrid work, active learning, and other verticals to help inform our 2026-2027 marketing strategy.
• Event Support: Help plan and execute industry trade shows and local Charlotte events.
• Analytics: Track and report on the performance of digital campaigns using HubSpot and Google Analytics.

What You’ll Need (Qualifications)

• Current Student: Rising Junior or Senior at UNC Charlotte majoring in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Communication Skills: Strong writing skills and the ability to explain complex tech in simple, engaging ways.
• Organized: Organization and the ability to multi-task are key!
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms and a willingness to learn marketing tools (Canva, HubSpot, etc.).
• Niner Spirit: A proactive attitude, a creative mindset, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
