The Role

If you think the Magic School Bus is the gold standard for education and you cringe at the thought of kids sitting bored at desks while a teacher drones at the board, you might be our next teacher. We’re looking for a fun, confident, out-of-the-box thinker to teach English Language Arts and Math through games, projects, and adventures that actually make kids want to learn.

What You’ll Do

• Bring ELA and Math to life through creative, project-based lessons.
• Teach mixed ages, adapting lessons to meet each child where they are.
• Build lessons around play, art, movement, experiments, and imagination.
• Turn traditional “worksheets” into games and projects kids can’t wait to try.
• Collaborate with parents as true partners in their child’s learning journey.
• Be the teacher kids brag about at dinner.

What We’re Looking For

• You love the Magic School Bus vibe (yes, Ms. Frizzle is a role model).
• You hate watching kids glaze over at desks and want them moving, creating, and laughing while they learn.
• Experience or interest in Montessori, project-based, or alternative learning is a plus.
• You’re confident, playful, and can motivate kids with your energy and ideas.
