Job Description
Overview
Kimley-Horn is looking for Engineering students to join our Indianapolis, Indiana (IN) office! This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities
-
Assist with site identification, evaluation, and preliminary research for new wireless communication facilities
-
Support coordination with internal teams (engineering, project management, and legal) to learn zoning and permitting requirements
-
Help prepare and organize documentation related to leases, easements, and site agreements
-
Participate in site visits and assist with due diligence activities as needed
-
Maintain organized project records and track basic site acquisition data
-
Provide general project and administrative support to the site acquisition team
Qualifications
-
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in real estate, urban planning, engineering, geography, business, or a related field

Strong interest in telecommunications, land use, or infrastructure development

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a professional team environment
