Job Description

Key Responsibilities: (all of these will be under guidance by Senior Staff member)

  • Conduct condition assessments, leak investigations, and due diligence roof evaluations under the guidance of a senior Consultant.
  • Assist in Preparing written reports, technical specifications and budgeting for roof repair/replacement projects.
  • Perform jobsite observations to monitor quality, adherence to specifications, and schedule compliance.
  • Maintain communication with clients, contractors, and internal team throughout the project lifecycle
  • Stay up to date with building codes, manufacturer guidelines, and industry’s best practices
  • Document findings through photographs, notes, and detailed drawings
  • Abide by all safety requirements, including PPE, fall protection, and others

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in commercial roofing, roof consulting, or a related construction field is a plus but not required. We will train the right candidate!
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for site visits (up to 6 nights per month, on average).
  • Exhibit professional and courteous behavior when interacting with clients.
  • Must be able to climb ladders and have sufficient physical ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time
  • Physical ability to perform job duties, including climbing ladders, working at heights, and standing for prolonged periods in various weather conditions.
  • Proficiency with standard computer programs (Microsoft Office Suite and Acrobat).
  • Must be able to prioritize tasks and work with internal team members to meet schedule and objectives
  • Able to pass background check and drug screening.
  • Able to work 8-hour days, weekdays, and occasional weekends.
