WHAT IS THE SERVICE TEAM?

Our Service Team is the group that deals directly with our guests. You are our customers' first and last great impression. 

These positions include Cashier Order Taking, Tablet Order Taking, Ice Cream Server, Expo Order Packaging, Drive-Thru Operator, Dining Room Cleaner, and Maintenance & Inventory Operations.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

• Greet customers with a warm, friendly attitude.
  
  
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
  
  
• Prepare and serve menu items according to Dairi O standards.
  
  
• Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments responsibly.
  
  
• Maintain the cleanliness of dining, kitchen, and work areas.
  
  
• Restock supplies and assist with opening/closing tasks.
  
  
• Work as part of a fast-paced, supportive team.
  
  
• Ensure every guest receives high-quality service and food.
