Personal CFO Innovation Associate

JHG Financial is seeking a motivated, technology-minded student to join our team as a Personal CFO Innovation Associate. This is not a traditional internship—it's an opportunity to work directly with the founder of an independent wealth planning and Personal CFO firm that is redefining how financial advice is delivered through innovation and artificial intelligence.

As a Personal CFO Innovation Associate, you'll gain hands-on experience across financial planning, investment research, business strategy, AI implementation, client experience, and practice operations. A key responsibility of this role will be assisting with the development of comprehensive financial plans by gathering and organizing client data, entering information into planning software, and modeling "what-if" scenarios that help clients evaluate important financial decisions and their long-term impact.

You'll also contribute to investment research, tax-planning strategies, AI-powered workflow development, client presentations, marketing initiatives, and strategic business projects. In addition, you'll gain practical experience with the daily operations of a successful advisory firm, including account-opening procedures, client onboarding, document preparation, compliance, and operational workflows that are essential to delivering exceptional client service.
