We’re looking for a Healthcare Recruiter (Nursing Focus) who wants a career in sales-driven recruiting. In this role, you’ll connect talented Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and school-based healthcare professionals with meaningful opportunities in school districts nationwide.

What You’ll Do
This is a high-energy, sales-focused recruiting role where success is measured by activity, urgency, and results.
- Outbound Recruiting & Sales Calls: Make 75–100 daily calls to nurses and healthcare professionals
- Build & Influence: Identify candidate goals and sell opportunities that align with their needs
- Recruiting: Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for candidates
- Client Alignment: Partner with hiring managers to match candidates with open roles
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong, organized candidate pipeline in the ATS
- Closing: Guide candidates through the process and drive offers to acceptance
- Performance Metrics: Hit daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (calls, submittals, placements)
What We’re Looking For
- Must WANT a career in sales — this is not a passive recruiting role
- Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance and earning potential
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls and handling rejection
- Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills
- Ability to build trust quickly and influence decisions
- Sales, recruiting, or customer-facing experience is a plus (not required)
- High level of accountability, resilience, and professionalism
Compensation
- $45,000 salary (≈ $21.63/hour)
