Intern - Receiving Inspection Engineer - Colorado Springs, CO - Summer 2025

Are you interested in an Internship opportunity with Philips? We welcome individuals who are currently pursuing an undergraduate (BS) and/or graduate (MS) degree to participate in 3-6 month paid intern opportunities at our site in Colorado Springs, CO. Through this role you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience working for a HealthTech company.

Your role:

  • Assess receiving inspection plans and AQL evaluation mapping with Risk, NCR's and Supplier data.

  • Responsible for processing change request in Windchill.

  • Work with DAE/SQE/QEs to review the RIP's and Risk files to assess the AQL's by evaluating the historical data from suppliers and the NCR/Complaints data.

  • Work with Receiving Inspection Engineer to review the existing RIP's (Receiving Inspection Plans) for AQL's, Risk Component Qualification data and Supplier data correlations and recommend AQL updates on RIP's.

  • Your position will require engagement and collaboration with multiple cross-functional teams for data gathering, trending and review.

  • This role can be developed into a Sustaining OR Design Quality Engineering role to support the operations.

  • Your skills include knowledge in Excel, data analysis background

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The hourly pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
