Job Description
Hounen Solar America Inc. is a U.S.-based manufacturer of high-efficiency solar photovoltaic modules, operating a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Orangeburg, South Carolina.

The Hounen Solar Graduate Trainee Program is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals (0-3 years of experience) who are seeking hands-on technical exposure, structured training, and long-term career growth in advanced manufacturing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with production material planning to ensure timely and accurate supply of raw materials in support of manufacturing schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels, analyze material usage trends, and support inventory optimization initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain material control reports, including forecasts, shortages, and excess inventory analysis.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, warehouse, and engineering teams to resolve material availability issues and improve planning accuracy.
- Support continuous improvement projects related to material flow, planning processes, and data integrity.
Required Skills:
- Recent undergraduate or Master's graduates (or up to 3 years of experience). No extensive experience is required; we value your enthusiasm, teamwork, and learning ability!
- Bachelor's degree (or recent graduate) in supply chain management, industrial engineering, operations management, data analytics, or a related discipline.
- English and Mandarin Chinese proficiency.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and planning tools.
- Interest in manufacturing operations, materials planning, and cross-functional collaboration in a production environment.
- Strong work ethic, adaptability, and willingness to work in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.
- Interest in long-term career development in the U.S. renewable energy sector.
Compensation and Benefits:
Annual Salary Range: $45,000 - $48,000 USD.
