Applicants must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
**Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and be available from May 27, 2025, through August 15, 2025. Department/Position Description: The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team drives continuous improvement and long-term strategic planning for the organization, cultivating the best talent and building financial acumen. FP&A supports all functions across ADUSA, collaborating to build strategic goals and support business partners to achieve omnichannel growth. The FP&A intern will be responsible for the following:
- Provide financial analysis and support to the Director and Managers of the FP&A team.
- Compile, analyze and synthesize financial results. Ensure accuracy, provide standardized templates and support the overall team in delivering Reporting and Planning deliverables.
- Work closely with other FP&A members on current priorities and team projects
- Identify opportunities for increased efficiency across the department and recommend actionable solutions
Qualifications:
- Working towards a degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Experience working in a collaborative group setting
- Experience using analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, appropriately and effectively
Preferred Skills:
- Intermediate skill with Microsoft applications like PowerPoint, Excel, Word and OneDrive
- Exposure to SAP (preferred)
- Exposure to Power BI (preferred)
- Exposure to Power Query (preferred)
