  • At least 4 years of total combined completed higher education and related work experience including:

  • ??At least 1 year of project/program management work experience

  • ??At least 4 years of completed higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job

Responsibilities

As a Consulting Project Principal Consultant in Oracle Health Government Services, you will lead project delivery and provide strategic consulting oversight for one or more projects, partnering with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to achieve agreed outcomes. You will be accountable for the development and maintenance of detailed project plans, schedules, and estimates, while providing analytical, operational, and advisory guidance to project teams to ensure successful execution and high client satisfaction.

In this role, you will review and approve project deliverables and team outputs to ensure alignment with scope, quality, compliance, and productivity expectations, and you will implement additional processes, governance, or reviews as needed to address systemic or recurring issues. You will identify, assess, and report on project risks, and lead risk avoidance and mitigation strategies to minimize project impact, escalating to the task order owner as appropriate.

You will lead internal and external project meetings, presenting updates on progress against critical paths and milestones, key operational and financial measures, and overall risk posture. Finally, you will engage and manage third-party resources as needed to support project objectives and ensure delivery commitments are met.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  • Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
