Job Description
- Monitor and reconcile 6+ budgets.
- Generate and track budget projections for supplies, travel, and wages.
- Support all business transactions.
- Support searches for student employees and professional staff.
- Process new hire paperwork for student employees.
- Coordinate and own the Federal Work Study verification process with Undergraduate Education partners and Financial Aid representatives.
- Organize and maintain all employee records.
- Oversee and coordinate inventory controls and staffing needs at all UCAE locations.
- Assist with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of UCAE events.
- Make independent decisions on office procedures, handle departmental situations, and create ad hoc reports and process flows.
- Assist in the preparation, data management, composition, editing, drafting, and proofreading of the Annual Report, Business Continuity Plan, and other UCAE reports.
