Empower Lives as a Clinical Counselor at Anuvia - North Carolina's Top Treatment Center

Location: Charlotte, NC

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (30-minute unpaid lunch)

Your Role: As a Clinical Counselor at Anuvia, you will be a vital part of our compassionate team, dedicated to making a tangible difference in individuals battling substance use and mental health challenges. This role offers the chance to lead with empathy, improve patient outcomes, and see the real-time impact of your work.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver in-depth counseling and create tailored treatment plans.
  • Lead both group and one-on-one therapy sessions.
  • Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

What education and training:

  • Master’s Degree in Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or a relevant field approved by the NCASPPB.
  • Mandatory LCAS, LCSW, LCAS-A, or LCSW-A licensure.
  • Valid Driver’s License in NC or SC.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Dual licensure in LCMHC or LCSW.
  • A rich background of at least two years in substance use disorder and mental health treatment counseling.
