Monarch NC, a provider of high-quality and trauma-informed care for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness and substance use disorders, is seeking a dedicated Assistant Team Leader to join our Assertive Community Treatment team in Charlotte, NC. 

 

As an Assistant Team Leader, you will assist the Team Leader in managing all clinical and operational aspects of the ACT Team to ensure team goals are met. You will assist the Team Leader in guiding, directing and evaluating each assigned team member to ensure excellent, courteous, helpful, and respectful service. You will also directly assist and support individuals who are served in the development of skills, behaviors, responsibilities, and supports needed to live, learn, work and be integrated into the community with the greatest possible degree of self-determination and independence.

 

To qualify, candidates must have the following: 

  • A Master's degree in a Human Services related field is required.
  • Candidates must have one of the following North Carolina licenses or certifications: LCMHCA, LCSWA or LMFTA.
  • At least 1 year of post-graduate experience working with individuals with mental health or substance use issues.
