Job Description
- Provide advanced functional and operational support for the University’s enterprise financial systems, including Banner Finance, Accounts Receivable, and related systems.
- Serve as a senior resource for resolving complex user issues, performing in-depth troubleshooting, and ensuring production system stability.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute testing for system upgrades, enhancements, and changes, validating outcomes and ensuring readiness for production implementation.
- Coordinate and collaborate with team members to promote consistent, effective, and sustainable Financial Systems Support delivery.
- Provide guidance, knowledge sharing, and mentorship across team members to support consistent processes and alignment with institutional requirements.
