Performance simulation and modelling of CPU, Caches and NPUs related to Automotive Compute use cases.

What You Can Expect

This intern will be responsible for Cache coherence (intra and inter-chiplet) and the ML/NPU accelerator simulation/modelling within this business unit.

What We're Looking For

• Candidate must be a graduate student and pursuing a MS degree in EE/CS with a BS in CS or EE.
• Must have basic understanding of Deep Learning Models (PyTorch preferred)
• Must have a good understanding of computer architecture (CPU, Cache Coherence, NPU) and modelling experience.
• Some compiler expertise is a plus but not needed. Gem5 simulator experience is also a plus.
• Experience with running/training models on GPU’s is a plus.
• If selecting to write a simulator (see below), should have good SW engineering/coding skills in C/C++
