Photo Sales Consultant

We are looking for a high-energy, organized, and trustworthy Photo Sales Representative to manage on-site sales at daycare centers immediately following picture day. This role requires strong multitasking skills and the ability to deliver exceptional service under time constraints. You’ll prepare proof envelopes, handle both digital and cash payments, and work directly with parents—often during high-traffic times like drop-off and pick-up.

Essential Job Functions

Proof Preparation

• Coordinate with our lab partner to get proofs printed within 1–2 days after the shoot.

• Sort printed proofs into envelopes labeled by child for easy distribution and viewing.

On-Site Sales

Set up a welcoming and efficient photo viewing station.

Assist multiple parents at once during busy drop-off and pick-up windows.

Clearly explain package options, prices, and delivery timelines.

Handle electronic and cash payments securely and efficiently.

Record keeping & Follow-Up

• Digitally log all sales transactions accurately.

• Track which parents viewed their child’s portraits and which did not, so online access can be offered as a follow-up.

• Ensure all unsold proofs are returned or managed according to policy.

Client Interaction

• Be warm, professional, and composed under pressure—especially when interacting with multiple parents simultaneously.

• Represent Heritage Studios as the final point of contact for the center director and staff, leaving a lasting positive impression.

• Demonstrate integrity and care when handling company funds and personal data.

Education and Experience

• Strong multitasking and time management skills.

• Sales or customer service experience (especially in-person).

• Confident with basic tech (mobile payment systems, spreadsheets, etc.).

• High level of integrity and professionalism.

• Friendly and calm under pressure—especially during peak times.

• Reliable transportation and flexible weekday availability.

Compensation and Benefits

Commission-Based Pay: Starting at 10% of total individual sales
Eligible to earn up to 15% commission based on:

• Sales volume and accuracy

• Customer service performance

• Speed and efficiency in high-volume environments

• Compliance with Heritage Studios standards
