We’re seeking a Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to shoot engaging video content, take high-quality photos, and manage our TikTok and Instagram pages. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creativity, enjoys storytelling, and understands how to generate engagement through social media.

Responsibilities:

• Capture and edit short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels, highlighting our projects, team, and customer experiences.
• Take high-quality photos of completed projects, on-site work, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Develop and execute a social media content calendar aligned with our brand identity and business goals.
• Write compelling captions and optimize content for maximum engagement.
• Stay updated on social media trends, industry best practices, and viral content opportunities.
• Interact with followers, respond to comments, and build community engagement.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure messaging aligns with company values and objectives.
• Track and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies to improve reach and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Experience in videography, photography, and content creation.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
• Knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and algorithms.
• Strong storytelling skills and an eye for visually compelling content.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
