Accounting & Finance Analyst

Build the Operating System Behind a Growing Company

Davidson Heating & Air is looking for a sharp, ambitious college graduate or early-career operator to help modernize and scale the finance and accounting side of our business.

This is not a traditional back-office accounting role.

You will work directly with ownership and leadership to help build the financial infrastructure, reporting systems, workflows, and operational processes that support a rapidly growing company. You will get exposure to real-world business operations, acquisitions, cash flow management, automation, reporting, and decision-making inside a company actively evolving its systems and structure.

If you are interested in entrepreneurship, operations, private equity, finance, accounting, business systems, or learning how companies actually scale, this role is designed to give you hands-on experience far beyond typical entry-level accounting work.

What You’ll Work On

• Help improve and maintain accounting workflows inside QuickBooks Online
• Assist with billing, collections, reconciliations, and reporting
• Build and improve operational dashboards and KPI tracking
• Help develop scalable finance and accounting processes
• Work alongside leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow visibility
• Support vendor management, AR/AP operations, and internal controls
• Help identify inefficiencies and implement automation opportunities
• Assist with CRM, reporting, and data cleanup projects
• Participate in operational problem solving across the business

• Interest in entrepreneurship or small business operations
• Experience working in fast-paced environments
• Comfort learning through trial and error instead of rigid structure
