Job Description
Interested in interacting with a group of international students and serving as a positive representative of UNC Charlotte? The Office of Intercultural and Educational Experiences (OIEE), a subunit of Charlotte Global, is looking for students to serve as Program Assistants for an upcoming short-term program happening from February 13 - March 7, 2026.
Responsibilities may include:
- Leading & participating in cultural activities with the program participants (examples include museum visits, city tours, sporting events, & outdoor activities)
- Assisting with program preparation
- Assisting with event set up and take down
- Transporting the program participants in university vans to and from program activities
- Serving as a contact between the program participants and the OIEE professional staff
- Sharing your experience as a UNC Charlotte student with the program participants, and learning more about other cultures
