The Student Communications Assistant position supports the work and goals of the Division of Student Affairs, primarily within the communications area, but also with some aspects of marketing and web design.

The student in this position will gain expertise in writing, editing, content creation, project management and working within a professional marketing team. This will be done by writing and editing stories for the Student Affairs website, helping to manage a weekly newsletter that releases to the division, working with Drupal to make edits on various Student Affairs websites and managing portions of the Campus Events website.
