STW: Operations Intern

The Operations Intern works within the Enrollment Programs & Communications to provide leadership and oversight for the development, planning, and implementation of an exceptional transition program for all new UNC Charlotte students. This position works directly with New Student Orientation (NSO) as well as other enrollment programs. Visit the New Student Orientation website for more information on the services  provided by EPC. Additionally, this role will help support retention programs throughout the year (ex. Registration Week).

Interns will be selected for the 2026-2027 academic year and work between 15 - 18 hours/week in the fall and spring semesters and up to 40 hours per week throughout in the summer with an hourly rate of $11.00. This position helps complete this mission by modeling the office values of Everyone, Partnership, Impact, and Courage.
